Nathaniel (Nate) Moore is the president and founder of Moore Consulting (MCIG). After finding early success in real estate, Nate then acquired his first business at the age of 22, taking the company from 1 business to 13 businesses with over 350 team members.
Nate was born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana, and still lives there with his wife, Ashley, four daughters, Addy, Kacey, Tylar, and Breann, and two dogs, Huck and Maple. He loves running, playing golf, playing pickleball, traveling, and reading.
Katelyn Richard has worked for MCIG since 2020 as Business Development Manager. While attending UL Lafayette, she worked at one of the childcare centers managed by MCIG in the infant room. She graduated from UL Lafayette in 2019 in Business Management.
Katelyn was born in Carencro and has lived there her whole life. Katelyn enjoys spending time with her family and visiting with friends.
Ken Sillavan has been with MCIG since 2022. He is highly analytical with more than 35 years of experience serving several executive positions in a multitude of industries including retail, restaurants, real estate, oil and gas, and manufacturing.
Ken is a lifelong native of Lafayette and USL graduate. He has a son and two granddaughters, and he is currently enjoying his new role as PaPa.
Madeline Territo has worked for MCIG since 2022. While attending college, she worked at one of the childcare centers managed by MCIG in all the age groups. She graduated from UL Lafayette in 2022 in Strategic Communication.
Madeline was born in Baton Rouge, but left to attend UL Lafayette. Madeline has a cat named Bubba. In her free time, Madeline enjoys making Italian cookies with her family and watching the newest reality tv show.
Kearnisha McDaniel has worked for MCIG since 2021. While attending UL Lafayette, Kearnisha began working in the Human Resource industry. Since graduating UL Lafayette, she has continued her passion for HR.
Kearnisha is from Franklin, Louisiana, but left to attend UL Lafayette and continues to live in Lafayette to pursue her passion. In her free time, she enjoys reading and shopping.
Eric Langlinais has been with MCIG since 2021. He has over 40 years of experience overseeing administrative, operations, business development and executive management with Greene's Energy Group, serving as the President and Chief Operating Officer.
Eric is a lifelong resident of Lafayette. Him and his wife, Pam, have a blended family of 13 children and 29 grandchildren. Eric enjoys spending his time with his family and friends.
